If you can’t remember your password, please follow the steps below.

  1. Go to My Account (link also located in the top bar of the website).
  2. Under the Login section, click on the ‘Lost your password?’ link.
  3. Enter your email address and click the ‘reset password’ button.
  4. If an account exists with that email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Please allow 10 minutes for the email to arrive and check your junk folder.

1. Plan

  • Think about where you want to plant and how many plants you need.
  • Consider the weed control and preparation required.
  • Can you water and maintain the plants through at least their first season?

2. Order your plants

  1. Browse the species available.
  2. Select the number and types you need and add to cart. There is a limit of 16 plants per person, which has been reduced from previous years to enable more people to access local plants.
  3. From the Cart screen, proceed to Checkout. Enter your required details. Select a date and time slot to pick up your plants from The Shed Biodiversity Nursery.
  4. Submit your order online and make a donation via PayPal or credit card if desired.
  5. We reserve the right to amend or substitute species or numbers ordered.

3. Pickup your order

  • We need time to assemble your order so pickup needs to be at least 7 days later.
  • Please ensure you can keep to this committed timeslot, this will allow our volunteers and staff to assist you.
  • Pickup is from The Shed Biodiversity Nursery, 6 Conyngham Street, Glenside.

4. Donations

This year all donations collected by City of Burnside as part of the giveaway will be forwarded to a nominated environmental community group to help volunteers care for our wildlife. You can make a donation via PayPal or credit card when you place your order.
