reset your password
If you can’t remember your password, please follow the steps below.
- Go to My Account.
- Under the Login section, click ‘Lost your password?’.
- Enter your email address and click the ‘reset password’ button.
- Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive (will only work if there is an account for that email). Check your junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
change your pickup date
You can change your pickup date and time up to 1 hour before the original pickup time.
- Go to My Account and login.
- Go to the Orders tab.
- Locate your order and click the ‘Change date and time’ button.
- Select a new date and time then click ‘Update date and time’ button to save.
